Dos Islas is inspired by the quiet beauty of islands surrounded by endless blue. Two pieces of Larimar rest upon a luminous surface of Mother of Pearl, appearing like small islands floating over shimmering Caribbean waters.
The organic shape of the Mother of Pearl gives the piece its sculptural character, while delicate Blue Topaz accents introduce points of light across the silver setting.
Created around the natural forms, colors and textures of its materials, Dos Islas exists as a singular composition that cannot be exactly repeated.
