Every piece purchased directly from TASO is an authentic TASO creation, designed under the artistic direction of Taso.

Our jewelry is created using carefully selected materials, including sterling silver, Larimar, pearls, mother of pearl, shells and other natural stones and materials, according to each individual design.

NATURAL MATERIALS

Nature is an essential part of TASO's creative identity.

Larimar, pearls, shells and other natural materials are unique by nature. Variations in color, pattern, texture, shape and surface are therefore expected and are part of the individual character of each piece.

These natural variations should not be considered imperfections or manufacturing defects.

ONE OF A KIND

Many TASO creations are unique or produced in extremely limited quantities.

Pieces identified as One of a Kind are individually created and cannot be reproduced identically. The natural characteristics of the materials ensure that no two creations are ever exactly alike.

CRAFTSMANSHIP

Each TASO design is brought to life through skilled craftsmanship and carefully selected techniques according to the character of the piece.

As with all fine jewelry, slight variations resulting from handcrafted processes may occur. These details are part of the individuality of the creation rather than imperfections.

MANUFACTURING DEFECTS

If you believe your TASO jewelry has a manufacturing defect, please contact us with your order details and photographs of the piece.

Each case will be individually assessed by our team. Where a manufacturing defect is confirmed, TASO will determine the appropriate solution, which may include repair or replacement depending on the nature of the piece and the availability of materials.

Damage resulting from normal wear, accidental damage, improper handling, incorrect storage, exposure to chemicals or failure to follow our care recommendations is not considered a manufacturing defect.
