We want you to be completely satisfied with your TASO purchase. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please read the following terms.

1. RETURNS

2. EXCHANGES

You may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.Jewelry may be exchanged for another available item of equal or greater value. If you choose an item of greater value, you will be required to pay the difference.Return and reshipping costs for exchanges requested by the customer, such as a change of ring size, are the customer's responsibility.If you receive an incorrect or defective item due to an error on our part, the replacement or other applicable remedy will be provided without additional shipping costs to you.

3. REFUNDS

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the applicable refund will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.Refunds will be processed within the timeframe required by applicable consumer protection laws.Any additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method more expensive than our standard delivery option are non-refundable.

4. CUSTOM & PERSONALISED JEWELRY

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to jewelry that has been made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised, including items specifically altered or customised at the customer's request.This exception does not affect your statutory rights if an item is defective or does not conform to your order.

5. NATURAL STONES & LARIMAR

Larimar is a natural gemstone, and every stone is unique.Slight variations in color, pattern, veining, texture, and other natural characteristics are part of the individuality of each stone and do not, by themselves, constitute a manufacturing defect.Colors may also appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting, and photography conditions.TASO carefully selects the natural stones used in each creation and guarantees the craftsmanship and manufacturing quality of its jewelry.Nothing in this section limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
