Returns and Refunds
You have the right to return to us the jewelry - products you purchased within 2 days from the date of receipt, together with their packaging and accompanying documents. For product returns, contact us first on the phone: +306970645966, or on the mail: tasolarimar@gmail.com.
You have the possibility to change the product within 2 days of receiving it with any other piece of jewelry of your choice of equal or greater value. Shipping costs for any changes due to an ordering error (eg different ring size) are at your expense. If the change is due to our error (eg we sent you a different number or product) there is no charge for the change.
Jewelery being returned must be in its packaging in the condition it was delivered, having been worn for rehearsal and not for use.
They should also be well packed so that they are not damaged during transport. Jewelry that is returned and does not meet the above terms and conditions for returning products will not be accepted.
In case of returning a product and not replacing it with another, the company will pay the amount of your order within 5 working days from the day of receipt, to your bank account or your card. The shipping costs of your order will be deducted from the amount deposited into your account.

Larimar stone colors may vary from what you see on your screen. This is due to the uniqueness of the stone because it is a natural product. The different color shade is not considered a fault of our company. For jewelry with Larimar, the designer, TASO meticulously selects the stones to make our jewelry. We guarantee the manufacturing quality of all jewelry.
Slight variations in colors due to monitor settings and photography conditions are considered normal and do not constitute a basis for returning the item.
