SHIPPING

TASO currently ships orders within Greece, Cyprus, and European Union (EU) countries only. At this time, we are unable to ship jewelry to destinations outside the European Union.

1. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are generally prepared and shipped on the next business day following payment confirmation.For payments made via bank transfer, the order will be processed once the payment has been confirmed in our bank account.In the event of an unexpected delay, we will contact you as soon as possible.

2. GREECE

Shipments within Greece are carried out by ACS Courier.The estimated delivery time is 2–4 business days from the shipping date.Deliveries to remote or difficult-to-access areas may require additional time.

3. CYPRUS

Shipments to Cyprus are carried out by ACS Courier.The estimated delivery time is 2–4 business days from the shipping date. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and courier service conditions.

4. EUROPEAN UNION

We ship to countries within the European Union using our available courier or registered shipping services.The estimated delivery time is generally 2–7 business days from the shipping date, depending on the destination.Deliveries to remote areas may require additional time.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather conditions, strikes, transportation disruptions, or other force majeure events.If we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.
