In the case of payment via bank deposit, the shipment of products takes place on the next business day following confirmation of the deposit in the company's bank account. In the event of a delay in shipment for any reason, the company will inform the customer accordingly.

GREECE

Shipments within Greece are carried out by the courier company ACS.

Orders are shipped on the next business day after confirmation of the deposit in the company’s bank account. Delivery takes place within 2–4 business days from the shipping date. If your order cannot be fulfilled due to force majeure (e.g. severe weather, strikes, etc.), we will contact you. Please note that for remote areas located more than 20 km from cities where the courier operates, additional delivery delays may occur.

CYPRUS

Shipments to Cyprus are carried out by the courier company ACS.

WITHIN THE EUROPEAN UNION

Shipments within Europe are carried out by the courier company SPM or via Registered Post.

Orders are shipped on the next business day after confirmation of the deposit in the company’s bank account. Delivery takes place within 2–4 business days from the shipping date to most countries. If your order cannot be fulfilled due to force majeure (e.g. severe weather, strikes, etc.), we will contact you. Please note that for remote areas located more than 20 km from cities where the courier operates, additional delivery delays may occur in the destination country.

OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION

Shipments to countries outside the European Union are carried out by ELTA or FedEx.
